Common questions

How do I sign in?

Enter your mobile number and the one-time code we send by SMS. There is no password to remember.

I registered my company — why can't I start a project?

New companies are checked by Vaisiri before they can run projects. You will get a notice in the app when your company is approved.

How do I add my site team?

Open More → Team, add the person's mobile number and choose their role. They sign in with that number.

How does the property owner follow the work?

Enter the owner's mobile number on the project. The owner follows progress, approves stages and accepts handover in the Rento app.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: More → tap your name → Delete my account, then confirm. Your access ends at once and the data of companies you own is removed within 30 days. You can also ask without the app.
